Our primary focus is providing high-quality, personalized cleaning for private homes. We offer:

 

  • Recurring Maintenance Cleans: Weekly, bi-weekly, or visits every 3 or 4 weeks to keep your home consistently fresh.
  • Deep Cleans: A top-to-bottom scrubbing—perfect for first-time visits or seasonal refreshes.
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleans: Taking the stress out of moving by ensuring a home is spotless for its next chapter.
  • Specialty Requests: Because it's just the two of us, we can often customize our service to include specific tasks like interior of ovens or refrigerators upon request.


While we specialize in residential spaces, we also offer commercial cleaning services for small offices and professional suites. If you have a business space that needs the XYZ Pro Clean touch, feel free to reach out for a custom quote. 


We don’t use the "speed-cleaning" systems favored by franchises that prioritize corporate profit margins over actual cleanliness. At XYZ Pro Clean, our approach is focused on consistent, high-quality results.

  • Result-Oriented Cleaning: We don't just "hit the highlights." If an area looks clean when we arrive, we still sanitize it to ensure it’s fresh. If an area needs extra attention, we focus our efforts there to get it right.
  • The Owner-Operator Difference: Because Xiomara and Zack are the ones in your home, we are personally invested in the outcome. We work efficiently to respect your schedule, but we don't cut corners to save a few minutes.
  • Professional Tools: We pair our meticulous approach with HEPA-filter vacuums and eco-friendly products, ensuring your home is as healthy as it is clean.

Our goal is simple: to be effective and efficient, leaving your home truly sparkling every single time. 


Think of a Maintenance Clean as keeping your home’s "sparkle" on a regular basis, while a Deep Clean is a heavy-duty scrub that gets into the areas often missed during a weekly routine.

  • Maintenance Clean (Recurring):
    This is designed for homes we clean on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. It includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen (counters, sink, exterior of appliances), and a thorough scrub of bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors).
  • Deep Clean (One-Time or Initial):
    We highly recommend this for your first visit or as a seasonal refresh. In addition to everything in our maintenance clean, we "go deep" by hand-wiping baseboards, cleaning door frames and light switches, dusting ceiling fans and vents, and performing a more intensive scrub of grout and heavy buildup areas in the kitchen and bath.


To ensure our safety and the quality of our work, there are a few tasks that fall outside our scope of service:


  • Laundry & Ironing: We do not offer laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, or ironing clothing and linens.
  • Washing Dishes: To ensure we can properly scrub and sanitize your kitchen surfaces, we ask that sinks be clear of dishes. We do not wash dishes or load/unload dishwashers.
  • Wall Cleaning: We do not offer full "wall washing" services as this type of work carries a high risk of damaging certain paint finishes or wallpapers.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Our services are strictly for the interior of the home. We do not clean gutters, siding, or exterior window glass.
  • Heavy Lifting: For our safety, we do not move furniture weighing more than 50 lbs. We are happy to clean around or under light furniture that can be moved easily.
  • Biohazards: We do not clean up animal waste, mold, human waste, or other biological hazards.
  • High-Reach Areas: We do not use ladders higher than a standard two-step stool. We cannot clean extremely high chandeliers or ceiling fixtures that require a ladder.
  • Extreme Clutter/Hoarding: If a space is inaccessible due to heavy clutter, we may be unable to clean that area.


Because every home is unique, our pricing is based on factors like square footage, the number of rooms, and the specific type of cleaning you need (such as a deep clean vs. a recurring maintenance clean). As owners, we personally provide free, no-obligation estimates to ensure you get a fair and accurate price that's specially tailored to your unique living space.


Absolutely! We carry a standard comprehensive general liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 in coverage. This means your property is fully protected in the unlikely event of an accident or damage during a service. We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request for your peace of mind. 


Not at all. In fact, most of our clients provide us with a key or a door code. If you do prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine, too—we just ask that we have clear access to the areas being cleaned so we can be as efficient as possible. Rest assured, your home is in safe, professional hands. 


We understand that life happens! If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us enough time to adjust our schedule. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $20 fee. As a small, owner-operated business, this helps us cover our scheduled time and keep our services reliable for all our clients. 


Additionally, because we maintain a tight schedule, rescheduling may temporarily impact your regular cleaning frequency. This means your home might be cleaned slightly more or less often than usual until your preferred rotation normalizes. 


Absolutely. When you hire XYZ Pro Clean, you get the owners, not a rotating group of unfamiliar faces. Every cleaning is performed by us—Xiomara and Zack. This ensures you receive the highest level of care, absolute consistency, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly who is in your home every time.  This consistency allows us to become experts on your space, ensuring a high-quality, personalized clean every single time. 


Yes, we provide everything! We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. We prioritize "green" solutions that are tough on dirt but safe for your family, pets, and the environment. If you have a specific specialty cleaner you'd prefer us to use on a particular surface, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate. 


Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we take strict measures to ensure a clean, germ-free environment. Unlike large companies that may use the same tools across multiple houses in a single day, we follow a rigorous sanitization protocol:

 

  • Fresh Linens for Every Home: We use a fresh set of sanitized microfiber cloths and mop pads for every single client. We never "reuse" a cloth from one house to the next.
  • High-Heat Laundering: After each cleaning day, all reusable materials are laundered at high temperatures with eco-friendly, disinfecting detergent to kill 99.9% of bacteria and allergens.
  • Color-Coded System: We use a color-coded microfiber system to ensure that cloths used in bathrooms are never used on kitchen counters or in living areas.
  • Equipment Sanitization: Between every appointment, we thoroughly sanitize our vacuum wheels, brushes, and cleaning kits. This prevents the transfer of pet dander, dust, or germs from one property to another.
  • The Owner-Operator Difference: Because it is just the two of us—Xiomara and Zack—we personally oversee these sanitation steps. We treat your home with the same hygiene standards we would expect in our own. 


Not at all—that’s what we’re here for! However, to help us be as efficient as possible, we do recommend a light "tidying up" of the home. Clearing away items like toys, clothing, or stacks of mail from floors and countertops allows us to focus our time on cleaning and sanitizing those surfaces. The more prepared you and your home are for us, the more effective and efficient we can be in our cleaning efforts.  


We offer several flexible ways to pay! You can pay at the time of service via cash, personal check, Venmo, or Zelle.   For even more convenience, you can also pay for your cleaning directly on our website using your credit card.    


All payments are due upon completion of your cleaning. We ask that payments be made promptly; please note that late fees may be assessed for balances that remain unpaid past the due date. 


As owners, we handle all billing directly, so if you have any questions about your invoice or preferred payment method, you can speak with us immediately!


We love your furry family members! Because we understand that every pet is special, we use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are completely safe for them. To ensure everyone's safety and to be as thorough as possible, we do ask that you let us know about any behavioral traits that we should be aware of, such as if your pet is a "door-dasher" or nervous around vacuums. While we are happy to clean around well-behaved pets, you may prefer to secure them in a crate or a separate room to help us clean efficiently.
